Sustainable agriculture depends on a whole-system approach whose overall goal is the continuing health of the land and people. Therefore it concentrates on long-term solutions to problems instead of short-term treatment of symptoms.
We’re taking a long-term view on this. Food production has to be sustainable. Whilst farming we have a moral responsibility towards our land resources, water resources, today’s generations and tomorrow’s. We want to be part of striving to ensure that what we enjoy here in this beautiful area will still be here for the people who come after us.
