We are experimenting growing our vegetables using permaculture techniques. Permanent agriculture means that you don’t constantly work the soil with machines ruining the top 15 cm, but rather you leave the soil covered and let it be worked by plant root systems and worms. Methods range from using synergy between plants, shading, drip watering, centrally composting as in the keyhole system, biointensive planting.. if you’d like to learn more why not come to our workshop on Easter Monday? And bring a picnic!!
