VEGETARIAN FOOD, FRESH FROM THE FIELD TO THE TABLE.

For those of you who don’t know us, Suzie’s Yard is a 13-hectare organic farm producing extra virgin olive oil, wine, wheat, flour, pasta, honey, herbs and herbal infusions for sale, plus vegetables for use at the farm eatery. When it’s warm enough to eat outside we run a from-field-to-table eatery called Dal Campo al Tavolo. We fix the menu each day, based on what’s in season and what’s available. Most of what we serve is grown, or foraged, by us. The cheese and yoghurt come from 2 farms in the area with sheep and goats’, selected by us. The food we prepare is vegetarian. It’s simple flavours. It’s just good food. It’s healthy AND fantastic.

 About our Menu

We make our bread and pasta with Senatore Cappelli low-gluten durum wheat, grown on the farm.

Suzie’s Yard produces two Certified Organic EVO oils: Le Cretaie, e Frazzaia (a monocultivar)

We produce 2 wines. A Tuscan Rosso IGT 2014, “Pietreto” table wine, and a full bodied Merlot 2015 “Merlot di Pietreto”
